Riskwick is a software tool only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using Riskwick, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
To access the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Riskwick reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Riskwick offers the following subscription plans:
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region.
A 14-day free trial is available on monthly and annual plans. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Lifetime access purchases are non-refundable. All sales of lifetime access are final.
Riskwick reserves the right to terminate access to any account that violates these Terms of Service, without refund.
All subscription payments and lifetime access purchases are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, unused subscription time, or accidental purchases.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the risk engine algorithms, PsychoEdge reports, UI design, and Expert Advisors — are owned by Riskwick and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Riskwick does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.
Riskwick is not responsible for any trading losses, account violations, or financial outcomes resulting from use of the Service. The risk calculations and suggestions provided are tools to assist your decision-making, not guarantees of outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riskwick and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or trading capital, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Riskwick reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
