Riskwick ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our platform at riskwick.com.

By using Riskwick, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — your name, email address, country, and password when you register
• Trading data — trade records synced from your MetaTrader platform via our Expert Advisor, including symbol, lot size, entry/exit prices, profit/loss, and timestamps
• Journal data — notes, emotion tags, strategy labels, and other annotations you add to your trades
• Usage data — how you interact with the platform, including pages visited and features used
• Payment information — billing and subscription data processed by Paddle, our payment provider. We do not store your card details directly.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and authentication logs

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Riskwick platform
• Process your subscription and manage your billing
• Generate PsychoEdge behavioral analysis reports using your trading data
• Send transactional emails including account verification, billing receipts, and platform notifications
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your trading data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

Riskwick uses the Anthropic Claude API to power PsychoEdge, our behavioral analysis feature. When you generate a PsychoEdge report, your anonymised trading data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. This data includes trade statistics and patterns but does not include your name, email, or account credentials.

Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy. We do not permit Anthropic to use your data for model training.

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Hetzner in the European Union. We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and trading records are permanently deleted within 30 days, except where we are required to retain records for legal or compliance purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate Riskwick:

• Paddle — payment processing and subscription management
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Anthropic — AI analysis via the Claude API
• Sentry — error monitoring and platform stability
• Hetzner — cloud infrastructure and data hosting

Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies. We only share the minimum data necessary for each service to function.

Riskwick uses essential cookies and local storage to maintain your session and remember your preferences (such as theme and notification settings). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you
• The right to correct inaccurate data
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to export your data in a portable format
• The right to withdraw consent for data processing
